I’m Julia and I procure vintage home decor pieces for those of us who find sanctuary in our homes. In Italian, Villa d’ Arri roughly translates to ‘House of Arri’. It’s a loving nod to my maternal grandparents’ family name and the carved wooden sign mounted above the fireplace in Tahoe. 

In this age of fast fashion and mass-produced, cheaply made products, I find joy and a deeper connection with pre-owned pieces that bring texture and personality to my home - my haven. Vintage is not only more friendly to the environment, oftentimes its construction and quality is superior to most products currently being produced. 

I believe that vintage makes life feel more romantic. Cocktail glasses that were toasted at holidays and parties for decades. Vases and pots that gathered thoughtful gestures. Covered dishes that once held heirlooms and precious keepsakes. Well-loved and preserved pieces that hold past stories and present possibilities.
